4 black folks who have been successful with blockchain technology

Today, we want to shine a spotlight on four black individuals who have made significant contributions to the world of blockchain technology. Despite being underrepresented in the industry, these pioneers have defied the odds and become leaders in their own right.



First up is Michael Render, also known as Killer Mike, a rapper and activist who has been a strong supporter of blockchain and cryptocurrency. He co-founded the digital bank Greenwood, which aims to serve black and Latinx communities that have been historically underserved by traditional banks.



Next is trailblazer is Isaiah Jackson, a writer and investor who has been a vocal proponent of Bitcoin and its potential to empower individuals and communities. His book "Bitcoin and Black America" explores how the technology can be a force for positive change.



Another is Ian Dunlap, a stock market trader and educator who has used blockchain technology to create innovative financial products that empower retail investors. His company, HyperCompound, allows users to earn compound interest on their crypto holdings




Last but not least is Najah Roberts, the founder of Crypto Blockchain Plug, a black-owned blockchain and cryptocurrency education center in Inglewood, California. Her work has helped to promote greater diversity and inclusion in the industry.
